This recipe combines some of my favorites! Chicken, avocado, monterey jack cheese, and green onions! This makes some great baked chicken. Just make sure you pound your chicken breasts so they are an even thickness so it all gets done at one time. This recipe makes a fantastic cookie. I used all semisweet chocolate and left out the white chocolate. You can also make these Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies: Prepare as directed, except use 2 eggs. I love to doctor up a brownie mix and make something that tastes great but took little effort. The cinnamon and coffee are the key ingredients to this recipe (I used regular coffee instead of liqueur). I melted extra chocolate pieces and covered the whole thing with melted chocolate.
