Cheese Grits

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Grits (quick cook)
  • 1 lb Mexican Velveeta
  • 1/2 Stick butter

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil
  2. add grits
  3. cook for 5-7 minutes, until thick
  4. add Velveeta and butter
  5. Mix on stove until thoroughly mixed.
  6. Pour into baking dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
