Ingredients
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Grits (quick cook)
- 1 lb Mexican Velveeta
- 1/2 Stick butter
Instructions
- Bring water to boil
- add grits
- cook for 5-7 minutes, until thick
- add Velveeta and butter
- Mix on stove until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into baking dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
