Ingredients
- 2lb chicken wings, separated into two pieces each
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 tsp franks
- 1/4 tsp sirachi
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Wrap large sheet pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray
- Add wings and spread out, dust with salt
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Mix mustard, honey, salt, pepper, hot sauce, sirachi, and vinegar in a large bowl.
- Toss wings in sauce
- Wait 5 minutes
- Toss again
