Registry Information

In the last few weeks, we have been asked where we registered our wedding.  Typically places like Dillard’s and Target (or “Check the Website” from Dietrich) would be the expected reply, but from us, the answer is “nowhere.

You see, we have been together for a while now, and have acquired more than all we need (although Liz says we need another Vacuum, so that’s one thing I guess.)  So, instead of going through with a registry, we decided that we would not register anywhere and ask only for donations towards our Honeymoon.  We understand that some people will be averse to this, so if you are opposed to giving cash or would rather help out with the Vaccuum, Amazon.com gift cards are welcome.  Of course, if you are really generous, you could check out our Gifts page for some suggestions in that department, but we are realists and that page, honestly, was made as a joke.

So please, save your time and avoid the stores.  If you would like to paypal a donation over, please feel free below.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you June 2.

After Party Information

Hello everyone….We are needing some input on where and how to have our after party.  Please fill out the form below (It is anonymous, so please be honest) so we can gather your information and on tax day (April 15), we will announce the results and our ultimate decision.

A word about expectations…

Expectations for guest behavior.

expectations motivational photosWhile we fully realize that 99% of you who attend will behave like civilized adults.  However, we know that some people will insist on acting like children or otherwise like complete asses.  Let it be known that this will not be tolerated.  We actively encourage every attendee who witnesses drama, misbehavior, or other nonsense to capture it on video and immediately upload it to YouTube with the tag #DLWedding.  It will then be spread as quickly as possible to the offenders social circles, if known, so that they may see what an idiot you are.  Oh, and by the way, after the video is uploaded, you will be asked to leave.  Please respect our us by living up to our expectations.

This is your only warning.

Wedding location has been set!

Wedding Location Announced:

We have finally decided on a location for our wedding.  We have chosen to be wed at Trapnall Hall in Little Rock. While you can find more details on the Location page, a brief summary of the location is below..

Trapnall Hall, constructed in 1843 in the Greek Revival style of architecture, was once the home of Frederic and Martha Trapnall. The home’s architect is unknown, but it was one of the few brick houses in Little Rock at the time that it was built.

We hope to see everyone there!
