Vendor Request

Planning an event of this magnitude requires lots of hard work and dedication from various different parties. While we have family and friends who can handle some of our needs, other needs can only be met by a third party vendor. As such, we are currently in need of the following vendor services:

Flowers
Reception Hall
DJ
Caterer (possibly)
Bartender

Our current event estimates are as follows:

Guests: 75-100

His: 35%

Hers: 65%

Color selection:

Black and White

Tone of event:

Semi-formal / Upscale Casual. Secular

Time of Event:
Early Afternoon — Light Hors D’Oeuvres

Question’s need to be submitted no later than November 30, 2011. Answers will be posted on this website.

Caterers must be registered and licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health.

Bartenders must be 21 years of age or older.

Preference will be given to vendors based on price and references. All bids must be received by Jan 31, 2012 either by this vendor request form, or by email to weddingbids [at] dietrichduke [dot] com.

You may submit as many quotes as you wish for any vendor type up until the cutoff date listed above. Late submissions will not be considered.
